A. DigiGard sizing is determined by the location of the abrasion or the sore callus on the finger.
Let’s take a person with medium glove size, for example, Index, Middle, and Ring Finger -Question: Is the abrasion near the nail knuckle, center, or near the base of the finger towards the palm?
The closer to the nail where the abrasion is, the tighter the fit must be, or it will feel too loose and can be a distraction.
For the abrasions closest to the palm, it should feel comfortably snug as long as it is not so tight that it constricts blood flow.
A. Like a golf glove, it gets slippery. Replace with dry DigiGard or dry it out with a paper towel if possible.
A. This is dependent on how often you wear it. From past users with proper care it has been known to last for years.
A. Place the wet DigiGard between 2 paper towels and squeeze. Do this until completely dry.
A. DigiGard should feel comfortably snug. If you feel the blood is constricted, DigiGard is too small. Too loose, size down one.
A. Yes. Lightly handwash with mild soap. Then squeeze out the moisture between paper towels. You might lose them in the washing machine.
A. I have seen customers cut just under the zip lock area. You can squeeze the pouch for easier access.
